Once we identify the right opportunity, we send it to our network of investors to complete the equity raising.
We acquire
Upon completion of the due diligence and closing process we provide all investors with an update and next steps.
We build
Investing locally gives us the opportunity to both sourcing the most professional vendors and tracking closely the progress of our projects.
We manage
After construction is completed, we personally lease and manage our own assets. Nobody can take better care of our own assets than we do.
